EKC Stores started in 2018 with Wine Coolers Empire. Wine cellar cooling shows why specialty stores matter: the right unit depends on the room, the insulation, the climate and the installation, and buyers need someone who can answer those questions before they order.
We took the same approach to other categories where products are expensive, technical and easy to get wrong: fireplaces, saunas, luxury appliances, laboratory equipment, and lifting and warehouse equipment. Today we run ten specialty stores, each dedicated to one category and each staffed by people who know its products.

Each store covers its category in depth: full model ranges, specifications, manuals and buying guides.
Help before the order
Our sales team helps customers size and select the right model, and quotes larger projects.
Authorized brands only
We sell only brands we are authorized to carry, shipped from the manufacturer or distributor.
Support after the sale
We answer installation and troubleshooting questions and handle warranty cases with the manufacturer.

Are you an authorized dealer?
Yes. We are an independent authorized dealer for every brand we carry. Each store states which manufacturer makes the product.
Do you ship outside the continental United States?
Yes. Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and international destinations are handled as special orders with a shipping quote.
Do you work with businesses and the trade?
Yes. Contractors, installers, hospitality businesses, laboratories and industrial buyers get project quotes and, where available, purchase-order and invoice options.
